Have you always wanted to see some amazing big cat species up close?
Then come on a tour at Cheetah Experience!
During your visit, you'll learn all about our animals, take some amazing photos, and learn how we can work together to protect these precious species.
We are home to a number of endangered and threatened species, including cheetahs, leopards, male lions, servals, caracals, African wildcats, wolves, meerkats and a Siberian tiger. Our project takes in rescued animals from the local area, so we also have various animals from time to time, including a goat and antelope.
Although we do not offer any interaction with our animals you should get the opportunity to be close enough to hear a cheetah purr and see the stunning markings of our elusive black leopards. On some tours our African lions and Canadian wolves roar and howl together in chorus! It has to be experienced to be believed!

Why do we offer tours?
At Cheetah Experience, our mission is to raise awareness of the vulnerability of South African species and other endangered species through the educational experiences we offer to visitors. By offering guests a once in a lifetime opportunity to learn about how they can protect these species whilst being within metres of them, we believe that this experience will drive people to want to learn more about conservation, and teach others in their community about protecting these threatened and endangered species.
Being a non-profit organisation, an important part of our funding comes from the money raised from visitors coming on tour and making a donation.
All of the money raised through our tours go towards sourcing the best possible food for our animals, purchase enrichment items for our animals, cover veterinary expenses and build and improve our animal’s enclosures to provide them with the best possible care.
